Start a briefing
We respond within 2–3 business days with a short intake note or a discovery call. Fill out the questionnaire and submit: your mail client will open with the message ready to send.
Before you write
The briefing aligns expectations with the legal and technical frame of the exercise. These rules prevent misunderstandings before the first email.
No secrets in the clear
Do not send passwords, tokens, or sensitive personal data by email without an agreed encrypted channel. High-level surface and context are enough for first contact.
Written scope
Modality (black, gray, or white box), assets, and exclusions are formalized in the NDA and SOW. Until then there are no invasive tests or binding technical commitments.
Surface and environments
List only systems and environments your organization can authorize for testing. If materially new surface appears, it is renegotiated before expanding scope.
Deliverables, language, and readout
Language and document structure are set in the SOW (bilingual when needed). Typical delivery: executive summary, technical report with reproducible evidence; corporate templates when the SOW defines them. Stakeholder readout is optional and scoped separately; it complements the written report and does not replace it.
